Presage Global maintains a limited enrollment policy to ensure the quality and discretion of its training environments. As such, we request written notice in the event that you are unable to attend the workshop(s) you have registered for.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to be considered valid.

Refund Terms:
Cancellations received 30 or more days prior to the start of the course (on or before DATE OF EVENT) will receive a full refund of the registration fee.

Cancellations received fewer than 30 days before the course start date are not eligible for a refund, but may receive a full credit toward a future Presage Global training course within the following 365 calendar days.

Credit may be applied to any future workshop hosted directly by Presage Global and is non-transferable to other organizations or third-party events.

Additional Notes:
In the event that Presage Global must cancel or reschedule the course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., venue issues, instructor emergencies, force majeure), all registrants will be offered the option of a full refund or the opportunity to transfer their registration to a rescheduled or future training date at no penalty.
